Principal, Strategy & Execution
With a passion for business, a fascination for the intersection of data, technology and consumer behavior, and a drive to build and grow sustainable marketing programs, Bo approaches his work with the aim of adding value to every situation.
The demand for no-nonsense marketing solutions became apparent to Bo during his time at several ad agencies over the first 7 years of his career. More specifically, he realized that the market was flooded with agencies more concerned with sales pitches than client fulfillment. As an answer, Bo co-founded Pareto PPC in 2018, cultivating world class talent, tried-and-true processes and affordable yet effective technologies to successfully fulfill client expectations and deliver exceptional results.
Bo currently serves as a Board Member for one of Pennsylvania’s largest Workers’ Compensation & Social Security Disability law firms, where he oversees marketing strategy and client intake. Prior to that, Bo held leadership positions at eBay Enterprise, which was acquired and rebranded as Pepperjam in 2017. During his tenure at eBay Enterprise/Pepperjam, Bo led a team of 15+ digital marketers and spearheaded paid search strategy for the agency’s premier clients, including kate spade new york, Sallie Mae, GNC, Calvin Klein & Stuart Weitzman.

A true mathematician at heart, Jake’s M.O. is to reverse engineer everything and rebuild it with efficiency and scale in mind.
Pareto PPC is Jake’s fifth entrepreneurial output, and his decision of co-founding this company was an easy one after working with several large agencies that were negligent with their books of business and process. Building a service that places the client as top priority and a process which allocates hours to high quality output instead of inefficient work is what this new venture is all about.
Prior to Pareto PPC, Jake co-founded other projects which aimed to help clients with finance & operations analytics, software development, and website analytics. Going down memory lane, Jake has worked client side and within agencies specializing in servicing large enterprises with revenues of 200MM to 10BB. Examples of some previous developments lead by Jake were rebuilding financial and sales software systems, creating financial models for underwriting M&A’s and pricing evaluation, building new processes for internal and external relationships, standing up complex DB structures, building supervised and unsupervised modeling, and managing teams of 50+ employees.

All engagements start with a 90-day trial period, enabling us to build solutions fit for your business. From there, all work is done on a month-to-month basis. No rigid long-term contracts.
From utilizing databases for data collection to implementing Google Ads scripts for automated ad account maintenance, we leverage the best technology to deliver fast insights and results.
Every engagement is prefaced with a clear pricing model, scope of hours, upfront data/input requirements and wireframed outputs. We do our best to eliminate surprises.
While we prefer long-term partnerships, we realize that businesses' needs are ever-changing. No matter the engagement length, our solutions will continuously produce results and stand the test of time.
Giving back to our community and local business is something we not only preach to others in the industry, but lead by our own example. As of today, we spend 5-8% of our time offering our own definition of “brotherly love”: free consulting to small startups, non-profits, or failing companies.
