PPC Manager, Paid Media

Job Description


In this fully-remote role, you will own the day-to-day management, strategic development and optimization of multiple paid search, paid social, comparison shopping and display campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, keeping them informed of their accounts’ performance, and providing them with recommendations to continue growing and improving their digital advertising efforts.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead client PPC strategy. This entails planning and managing campaign performance, account setup, strategy development, management, budget allocation, optimization and audits across major PPC engines, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads & Amazon Ads.
  • Spearhead all client communications, including (but not limited to): client emails, client calls, in-person meetings and Loom videos
  • Manage all client recurring client deliverables/projects and ad hoc requests using project management software (Asana)
  • Identify new lead/revenue/conversion opportunities for your respective clients (and present/proceed with the ideas that have the highest probability of success)
  • Deliver monthly reporting findings, insights and recommendations/next steps to each client via monthly Loom video presentation
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and the initiative to lead advanced projects
  • Forecast, plan, and work towards achieving account growth objectives
  • Provide opportunity analysis and support sales efforts for all new prospective clients
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
  • Google AdWords Certification
  • Bing Ads Accreditation
  • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Display, Search, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Video Instagram & Retargeting Advertising
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • 2-4 years’ experience in the digital advertising and/or paid search industry
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management
  • Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities
  • Ability to be an advanced technical/discipline leader, and manage client communication without requiring involvement from an account manager
  • Must be able to analyze paid search and analytics data and make specific recommendations supported by metrics
